Refund policy

  • This policy governs the specific conditions under which a refund or replacement will be issued for customized products.

    • Customized Items (Strict Refund Conditions): Refunds or replacements for personalized/customized items will ONLY be granted if the customer receives:
      1. A physically damaged product on arrival.
      2. A product with the wrong customization (e.g., incorrect spelling or wrong text applied that differs from the details provided in the order).
    • Non-Custom Products: All non-custom products are also treated as Final Sale unless they fall under the Damaged Product condition above.
    • Filing a Claim: Claims for damaged products or incorrect customization must be reported with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery. Claims without a supporting video will not be processed.
    • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and will be transferred to the original payment method.
